If this will be our first meeting, I kindly ask that you contact me through my appointment form and provide all of the information requested. This process will only need to be done once and I assure you that your personal information will be treated with the utmost discretion and is never saved or shared. This helps me know whom I am meeting with and to feel comfortable doing so.

--Cancellation Policy—
I understand that sometimes life happens and you may find that you need to cancel our meeting. However, just like you I have a schedule and I ask that if you do need to cancel that you do so with a minimum of 24 hours or more. A small cancellation fee may be asked for. A cancellation with less than 24hr notice , or same day,  will incur me requesting a will be 50%  cancellation fee. For meetings of 4hrs or more I ask for 5 days notice of cancellation and for 12hr & FMTY I required 7 days’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation fees can be given via either Cas$h App or Venmo
